Análise de vídeo bidimensional do overhead squat: um estudo preliminar

Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar mudanças no padrão de movimento durante o desempenho do agachamento aéreo, bem como possíveis diferenças de gênero, durante um programa de condicionamento extremo de protocolo. Os sujeitos foram onze homens (28,6 ± 4,5 anos, 85,1 ± 8,4 kg, 1,80 ± 0,07 me 13,8 ± 7,7 meses de prática) e onze mulheres (30,5 ± 4,8 anos, 68,2 ± 10,36 kg, 1,70 ± 0,05 me 20,3 ± 17,01), todos praticantes do programa de condicionamento extremo. O protocolo escolhido para o treinamento foi o “Nautical Nancy”, que consistiu em 5 rodadas de 15 agachamentos acima da cabeça e 400 metros de remada. Durante o exercício é realizada uma análise em que foram analisados ​​os ângulos de flexão do ombro, joelho e quadril na primeira e última rodada. Para os homens, houve aumento dos ângulos de flexão do ombro e do quadril, enquanto as mulheres apresentaram aumento do ângulo de flexão do ombro e diminuição do ângulo de flexão do joelho. As alterações na técnica ocorreram devido à tentativa de autopreservação dos praticantes, quando expostos ao protocolo, o que poderia levar ao aumento do risco de lesões.
