Uma revisão sistemática sobre a importância do exercício físico na autoeficácia e aprendizagem do aluno

Enquadramento: Atualmente, é relevante a importância do exercício físico diário para os alunos, uma vez que afeta o seu estado de saúde. Assim, a importância de intervenções para promover o exercício físico dos alunos é fundamental. Objetivo: identificar por meio de uma revisão sistemática a importância de programas de intervenção no desenvolvimento do exercício físico na autoeficácia e aprendizagem do aluno. Materiais e métodos: foi realizada uma busca de artigos em diferentes bases de dados, especificamente, em Scopus, Psicodoc, PsycINFO, Web of Science, PubMed e SportDiscus. Desta forma, obteve-se um total de 716 documentos que, após a aplicação dos critérios de inclusão estabelecidos, deixaram 4 investigações para revisão. Resultados: a amostra destes foi composta por um total de 2.414 alunos. Os resultados revelaram os efeitos positivos que a prática de atividade física tem nos jovens ao aumentar as perceções, atitudes face à atividade física, autoeficácia e melhorar a aprendizagem. Conclusão: os resultados encontrados neste trabalho são considerados relevantes. No entanto, recomenda-se que novos programas de intervenção levem em consideração esses resultados, a fim de corroborar esses achados.
