Identidade profissional na educação física: uma revisão de literatura

Resumo

A identidade profissional dos professores molda as visões educacionais dos professores, impactando seu comportamento, ação e tomada de decisão. Este estudo foi desenhado com o objetivo de localizar, compilar e analisar artigos sobre identidade profissional no contexto da educação física e identificar elementos que contribuam para a construção da identidade profissional. Selecionamos identidade profissional e educação física como itens de busca no Web of Science, ERIC, SPORTDiscuss e Scopus. Para investigar a década anterior de pesquisa, limitamos o estudo a artigos publicados entre 2010 e 2020. Este trabalho combina publicações recentes redigidas em português, inglês e espanhol. A busca na base de dados resultou em 27 artigos relevantes. Os temas presentes nos artigos podem ser divididos em dois grupos: aqueles ligados a atores-chave e influências na identidade profissional dos professores de educação física, e aqueles relacionados aos licenciandos de educação física. Os seguintes temas foram descobertos para influenciar a formação da identidade profissional dos professores: relacionamentos (estabelecidos em seu contexto de atuação), negociação de identidade, transformação de identidade, aprendizagem ao longo da vida, percepção de pares e contexto de classe. Os seguintes temas impactam na formação da identidade profissional dos professores em formação: experiência de estágio docente, experiências anteriores, uma comunidade de prática e o corpo docente. A formação da identidade profissional é um processo complexo caracterizado por uma mistura diversificada de representações pessoais, profissionais, ambientais e sociais que interagem em tempo real.
