Adaptação cultural do questionário PedHAL (lista de atividades de hemofilia pediátrica), Cali, Colômbia

Resumo

Objetivo: Adaptar culturalmente o questionário PedHAL para a língua hispano-colombiana. Métodos: foram realizadas 5 fases para este processo; tradução, síntese, retrotradução, revisão por pares e pré-teste. Participaram 31 menores diagnosticados com hemofilia A grave, além de um grupo de 2 tradutores e 11 especialistas. Resultados: Foram encontradas diferenças semânticas na retrotradução que não afetam o construto do instrumento, a estrutura semântica foi orientada para o contexto colombiano, foram encontrados 13 itens problemáticos. Das pessoas que participaram do estudo, verificou-se que a idade média das crianças era de 12,03 anos. Conclusão: Propõe-se uma versão em espanhol do PedHAL, com 13 itens problemáticos associados ao desempenho e contexto, que devem ser considerados nas fases subsequentes de validação deste instrumento.
