Capacidade de criar chances de gol: influência de jogar em casa ou fora, tamanho do campo e número de passes por ciclo de ataque em um time sub-19 de futebol de elite

O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar como, jogando em casa ou fora, as dimensões do campo (comprimento e largura) e o número de passes por ciclo de ataque influenciam na capacidade de uma equipe de futebol sub-19 criar chances de gol. . O número total de ciclos em que ocorreu uma oportunidade de gol foi analisado em cada contexto, diferenciado pela zona inicial do ciclo, o número de contatos necessários para desenvolver o ciclo de ataque e o tempo efetivo de jogo. Nos jogos disputados em casa, os registos das variáveis analisadas são superiores aos jogos disputados fora. A utilização de um menor número de contactos em ataques iniciados no meio-campo adversário, e um maior número de contactos em ataques iniciados no próprio meio-campo, favorece a criação de oportunidades de golo. Campos de jogo com dimensões semelhantes ao mais familiar favorecem um maior número de contactos com a bola e um maior tempo de jogo efectivo. A eficiência do estilo de jogo de uma equipe na criação de oportunidades de gol varia conforme o jogo seja em casa ou fora, o tamanho do campo e o número de passes por ciclo de ataque.
