Análise técnica de lance livre e sua relação com o sucesso em jogadores de basquete sub-12

Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo foi determinar a técnica de lance livre e a técnica de lance livre bem-sucedido antes e no momento do lançamento da bola no basquete sub-12, usando um teste aplicado em quadra. Os participantes foram 102 jogadores de oito times menores de 12 anos de basquete oficialmente federados. Usamos um desenho observacional pontual / ideográfico / multidimensional para analisar as gravações de 612 lances livres. O teste consistia em realizar um, dois ou três lances livres. Um participante executou os lances livres e o outro passou a bola para ele. Os papéis foram trocados até que os dois participantes realizassem todas as opções de lance livre. Como consequência, os participantes não executaram o lance livre com a técnica proposta pela literatura. Essa diferença ocorreu porque predominaram os saltos de arremessos livres, com estilo baixo, pés na mesma distância e moderado deslocamento para frente do centro de massa. A técnica de lance livre foi em geral mais regular do que a dos lances livres convertidos. Os jogadores utilizaram uma técnica desregulada, sem atender aos critérios que ativam o sucesso nos lances livres. Essa técnica resultou na tentativa de lances livres bem sucedidos a 4 m da cesta, que tem 2,60 m de altura, com uma bola de 485 g. Levando em consideração as características dos participantes do presente trabalho em termos de idade, força, maturidade, altura, peso e índice de massa corporal, os treinadores e os dirigentes de competição devem avaliar o que deve ser melhorado no basquete sub-12 para permitir que os jogadores aumentar o sucesso do lance livre.
