Criação de oportunidades para marcar gols em partidas de futebol masculino e feminino da Liga dos Campeões da UEFA. Semelhanças e diferenças táticas

O objetivo do presente estudo foi descrever e comparar como as oportunidades de gol surgem na UEFA Champions League masculina e feminina. A amostra incluiu 819 possessões de times que levaram à criação de oportunidades de gol em 32 partidas aleatórias (16 = homens; 16 = momentos) durante a temporada 2018-2019. Um total de 17 indicadores táticos relacionados ao início, desenvolvimento e final das posses da equipe foram avaliados por metodologia observacional. Um teste T de amostras independentes foi usado para analisar as diferenças entre os sexos. Para o início das possessões, os homens iniciaram as sequências de jogo com menos frequência na metade adversária (38,07 ± 16,82% vs 64,78 ± 23,30%; p <0,05; ES = 1,10) e contra pressão adversária menos frequente (48,67 ± 21,77% vs 64,18 ± 20,88%; p <0,05; ES = 0,68) do que as mulheres. Em relação ao desenvolvimento das posses, os homens registraram maior duração das posses da equipe (18,48 ± 6,58 vs 15,14 ± 6,01 segundos: p <0,05; ES = 0,51), maior proporção de ataques combinados (30,83 ± 16,55% vs 20,55 ± 16,87%; p < 0,05; ES = 0,54), bem como mais passes por posse (6,36 ± 2,41 vs 4,48 ± 2,08; p <0,05; ES = 0,77) e tempo de passagem mais rápido (uma passagem a cada 3,27 ± 0,58 vs 4,01 ± 0,80 segundos; p <0,05; ES = 0,94) do que as mulheres. Em conclusão, existem diferentes comportamentos tácticos entre homens e mulheres durante o início e desenvolvimento das posses das equipas nos jogos de futebol da UEFA Champions League, enquanto não foram encontradas diferenças no final das posses das equipas.
