Differentiated approach to the development of speed-strength capabilities of qualified Muay-Thai athletes

Resumo

O objetivo do estudo foi identificar diferenças estatisticamente significativas nas mudanças nos indicadores da capacidade de trabalho especial de atletas qualificados de Muay-Thai nos grupos experimental e controle de diferentes categorias de peso durante a execução de técnicas de golpe usando testes especializados. Foram considerados os dados da literatura especial e científica. Um experimento prático foi realizado usando a ferramenta de diagnóstico de extensômetro portátil Hykso. O método da estatística matemática foi usado. Participaram do experimento quarenta e cinco atletas qualificados, dos quais vinte e três foram incluídos no grupo experimental, vinte e dois - no grupo controle, com e sem categoria de peso. Foram identificados os deslocamentos no crescimento do potencial de velocidade e força dos atletas do grupo experimental em comparação com os atletas do grupo controle da categoria peso leve. Eles são notados em três tipos de testes especializados de capacidades anaeróbias com creatina-fosfato e mecanismos glicolíticos de fornecimento de energia, na forma de componentes de velocidade e força, cada um separadamente. Foi comprovada a eficácia de programas diferenciados com o uso de equipamentos esportivos modificados por peso Podhurskyi para o aprimoramento e implementação de capacidades velocidade-força de atletas qualificados de Muay-Thai de diferentes categorias de peso.
