Efeitos do tamanho do jogo e da configuração da série nas respostas mecânicas e na fadiga induzida por diferentes jogos reduzidos no futebol

Resumo

Introdução: As ações físicas do jogo são simuladas através de jogos modificados. O tamanho do campo e a configuração da série parecem influenciar as respostas físicas durante os jogos reduzidos.
Objectivo: O objectivo do presente estudo foi analisar os efeitos do tamanho do campo e da configuração da série durante os jogos, reduzindo a carga externa e a fadiga residual.
Metodologia: Catorce jovens jogadores de futebol de campo masculinos realizando três jogos reduzidos, envolvendo 7 vs. 7 + 2 porteiros: 3 x 8 min com 5 min de descanso entre séries num campo de 68 x 40 m (194 m2); mesma zona de campo, mas 6 x 4 min com 2 min de descanso (194 m2); e 6 x 4 min com 2 min de descanso num terreno de 40 x 34 m (97 m2). O salto vertical, a velocidade do golpe e o esprint forte foram avaliados para examinar a fadiga residual antes e depois de cada jogo reduzido.
Resultados: Os terrenos de mayor tamaño mostram uma exigência física significativamente mayor. Foi observada uma interação significativa SSG x tempo para o tempo do sprint aos 10 m (P = 0,04), onde se observou uma maior deterioração após completar 6 x 4 min (194 m2).
Discussão: Foram observados valores mais elevados de carga externa em jogos em terrenos de maior dimensão. Uma série de 4 minutos foi proposta como estímulo ótimo de treino físico.
Conclusões: Tamanhos de jogo maiores e durações de série mais curtas resultam em jogos de maior exigência física do que dimensões mais pequenas e séries mais longas. O rendimento da impressão diminuiu após a conclusão de cada jogo reduzido, especialmente a capacidade de aceleração que implica áreas de jogo maiores e durações de séries mais curtas.
