Impacto socioemocional da dança na promoção da inclusão

Resumo

A dança traz benefícios para todas as idades, grupos étnicos e socioeconómicos; em todas as culturas e em diferentes partes do mundo. A investigação e a prática têm demonstrado que as experiências de dança podem melhorar o desenvolvimento socioemocional, mas os mecanismos pelos quais isso ocorre não são bem compreendidos. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar o impacto social da dança para promover a inclusão na infância através de atividades criativas. Foram analisados ​​202 artigos da literatura teórica e empírica sobre dança, realizando uma revisão sistemática das bases de dados Web of Science (110), Scopus (38), ERIC (32) e Dialnet (22). Os resultados sugerem que a evidência é mais forte através de estudos de intervenção longitudinais que ligam a dança a benefícios e impactos a longo prazo. Além disso, embora os tamanhos das amostras variem, são muitas vezes insuficientes para medir as diferenças entre os grupos. As conclusões sugerem que a prática regular de dança pode ter um enorme impacto no desenvolvimento integral dos alunos, bem como nas suas perceções sobre a qualidade de vida relacionada com a saúde.
