Desenvolvimento de um modelo de treino de resistência no desempenho desportivo: um estudo de caso na corrida de longa distância na Indonésia

Resumo

Esta investigação visa criar materiais de treino de resistência inovadores e eficazes, adaptados para corredores de fundo entre os 15 e os 18 anos. Utilizando a abordagem de investigação e desenvolvimento (I&D) com o modelo Borg e Gall, o estudo incorpora feedback de validadores e atletas especialistas, juntamente com os seus treinadores de Sorong, Papua Ocidental. O procedimento de investigação abrange dez etapas, começando pela identificação do problema e culminando na implementação do produto final, envolvendo 80 atletas. Estas fases incluem análise inicial, planeamento, desenvolvimento inicial do produto, testes preliminares de campo, revisão primária do produto, testes primários de campo, revisão operacional do produto, testes operacionais de campo, revisão final do produto e divulgação e implementação. O envolvimento de especialistas e profissionais garante que os materiais de formação são teoricamente sólidos e aplicáveis ​​na prática. A análise dos dados foi realizada no SPSS versão 21, empregando o teste de normalidade, o teste de homogeneidade e o teste t de amostras emparelhadas para garantir a fiabilidade e validade dos resultados. O teste de normalidade confirmou que os dados seguiam uma distribuição normal, enquanto o teste de homogeneidade garantiu que os grupos amostrais eram comparáveis. Os resultados do teste t de amostras emparelhadas indicaram que o modelo de treino de resistência baseado em livro desenvolvido melhorou significativamente o desempenho dos atletas (valor p 0,000), mostrando uma melhoria mais substancial nos resultados do treino em comparação com os métodos convencionais (valor p 0,014) . Esta melhoria é atribuída ao carácter estruturado e abrangente dos materiais de treino, que incluem elementos interactivos e integração tecnológica, tornando o processo de treino mais envolvente e eficaz para os jovens atletas. Em conclusão, a adoção de modelos de treino interativos e baseados na tecnologia pode ajudar significativamente no desenvolvimento de competências de resistência em jovens corredores de fundo, abordando necessidades específicas e otimizando o seu regime de treino.
