Formulação de um modelo de trajetória de desenvolvimento para jogadores de futebol sub-17 na Indonésia e na Malásia: um passo em direção à excelência

Resumo

A presente investigação visa desenvolver um modelo para o desenvolvimento do futebol de base na Indonésia e na Malásia. Para a formulação da pesquisa foi utilizada uma abordagem qualitativa voltada para a teoria fundamentada. Participaram um total de 25 treinadores, 15 da Malásia e 10 da Indonésia, que foram determinados através de um método de amostragem proposital. Os critérios para os participantes foram ter licença de coaching e ter no mínimo 5 anos de experiência como coach. Os participantes foram entrevistados para formular o modelo para o desenvolvimento do futebol de base na Indonésia e na Malásia. Os dados recolhidos foram analisados ​​utilizando software de investigação qualitativa, nomeadamente N-Vivo 14. Na abordagem da teoria fundamentada evoluída, técnicas de codificação aberta, codificação axial e codificação seletiva são utilizadas neste estudo para análise de dados. Os resultados indicaram que o modelo proposto nesta pesquisa é composto por três aspectos. O primeiro aspecto, a questão e os desafios para o desenvolvimento do atleta, que consistem em diversos fatores, como o conhecimento, as competências do treinador, a condição física, técnica, tática e psicológica do atleta. O segundo aspecto foi o traço psicológico individual, que consiste em diversas condições psicológicas, como cognitivas, afetivas, de atitude, de personalidade e de espiritualidade. E o terceiro aspecto foi a condição psicológica do ambiente, que consiste em vários aspectos, como a política de apoio ao desenvolvimento do atleta, o apoio familiar e o apoio do treinador.
