Otimizando o aprendizado da Educação Física na era digital: uma revisão sistemática

Resumo

Na era digital, a evolução da educação física é imperativa para enfrentar o cenário tecnológico em mudança. Este estudo tem como objetivo explorar estratégias para melhorar o aprendizado da educação física, integrando tecnologia para promover a motivação e o envolvimento dos alunos. Empregando uma revisão sistemática utilizando a estrutura PRISMA, examinamos criticamente a interseção entre tecnologia e educação física. As nossas conclusões revelam que é essencial uma abordagem multifacetada que inclua gestão educacional, aprendizagem cooperativa e combinada e inovação curricular. Reconhecemos também os desafios e potenciais desvantagens da digitalização, garantindo uma perspetiva equilibrada. O estudo conclui que a otimização da educação física na era digital requer não apenas a adoção de avanços tecnológicos, mas também a abordagem das suas complexidades para enriquecer a experiência de aprendizagem.
