Resumo

O desporto é uma das categorias mais essenciais das sociedades desenvolvidas e em desenvolvimento, entre as quais o futebol, como desporto mais popular do mundo, recebe especial atenção dos governos. Portanto, para aumentar a frequência do público nos estádios, é necessário que os gestores identifiquem os fatores que influenciam a frequência dos espectadores, tanto psicológicos e internos, como externos e ambientais, e desenhem e implementem um plano escrito específico. estratégia e plano. Ter a sensação de segurança é um dos fatores influentes na hora de gerar satisfação no público. Devido ao elevado custo de construção de instalações e espaços desportivos, muitos factores e variáveis ​​devem ser tidos em conta, especialmente a correcta localização dos referidos espaços, para permitir um acesso mais fácil, uma distribuição mais justa e uma maior segurança. Portanto, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar os fatores ambientais que afetam a segurança em instalações esportivas com foco na prevenção ao crime por meio do projeto ambiental em estádios. O instrumento desta pesquisa é um questionário sobre segurança em instalações desportivas com a eficácia da prevenção do crime através do design ambiental. Por fim, o método do sistema de redes neurais artificiais nos softwares MATLAB (A 2018) e SPSS (V24) foi utilizado para analisar os dados e responder às questões de pesquisa. Os factores ambientais de acesso, luz e iluminação, legibilidade, visibilidade e vigilância natural, reparação e manutenção, dinâmica, distúrbios funcionais e sinalização de orientação respectivamente tiveram um efeito positivo na segurança e prevenção do crime através do design ambiental em instalações desportivas. Portanto, diretores esportivos e arquitetos devem estar atentos a esses indicadores no projeto de estádios esportivos.
