O efeito do treinamento com arco na resistência muscular do braço no tiro com arco iniciante.

Resumo

Este estudo tem como objetivo determinar o efeito dos exercícios de treinamento de arco na resistência muscular de atletas iniciantes de tiro com arco no Kobar Club na cidade de Jambi. A pesquisa realizada é um estudo experimental, que visa averiguar a presença ou ausência de aumento de algo imposto à amostra. Este estudo experimental é realizado por 10 atletas iniciantes de tiro com arco do Clube Kobar, com o detalhamento do pré-teste, do teste antes de fazer o treino com arco e do pós-teste, após fazer o treino com arco. Os resultados globais do pré-teste apontam para a resistência muscular do braço em 113 pontos com uma resistência muscular média do braço de 11,30 pontos. Enquanto os resultados gerais do pós-teste apontam para a resistência muscular do braço em 151 pontos com uma resistência muscular média do braço de 15,10 pontos. Com base nos resultados deste estudo, pode-se concluir que uma pessoa que recebe exercícios de treinamento de arco terá exercícios de resistência muscular do braço 3,8 pontos melhores do que alguém que não recebe treinamento. Os resultados mostram que a hipótese proposta é a existência de um efeito significativo dos exercícios de treinamento de arco no aumento da resistência dos músculos do braço recebidos com um nível de confiança de 95% que pode ser observado nos resultados do teste t que é t =. 13,07684 maior que a tabela t = 1,8331. Assim pode-se concluir que os exercícios de treinamento de arco podem aumentar a resistência dos músculos do braço em 11,237%. Isso significa que há um efeito significativo dos exercícios de treinamento de arco na resistência dos atletas iniciantes de tiro com arco no clube Jambi City Kobar.
