A melhoria da condição física e o interesse dos alunos do ensino primário pelo desporto pencak silat em termos de inteligência cinestésica

Resumo

Pencak silat é um ramo das artes marciais que se desenvolve tanto a nível nacional como internacional, razão pela qual requer estudos académicos que possam ser cientificamente justificados. Esta pesquisa visa melhorar a aptidão física e o interesse de alunos do ensino fundamental nos esportes pencak silat em termos de inteligência cinestésica. Esta pesquisa utilizou o método de pesquisa-ação. As técnicas de coleta de dados utilizaram testes, medidas e questionários. Os instrumentos de pesquisa foram: teste de aptidão física, teste de inteligência cinestésica por meio do Natural Messy Play e teste de interesse por meio de questionário. Métodos quantitativos descritivos e qualitativos descritivos foram utilizados para análise dos dados. A análise quantitativa dos dados recorre à estatística descritiva quantitativa, nomeadamente à comparação dos resultados obtidos no Pré-ciclo, no Primeiro Ciclo e no Segundo Ciclo. A análise de dados qualitativos através da análise dos dados das observações realizadas durante a pesquisa. Os resultados da pesquisa mostraram um aumento na aptidão física e no interesse dos alunos do ensino fundamental pelo esporte pencak silat em termos de inteligência cinestésica. Em detalhe, os resultados da investigação são os seguintes: 1) No pré-ciclo foi de 23,1%, o ciclo I aumentou para 38,5% e o ciclo II aumentou para 84,6%, 2) a inteligência cinestésica teve uma influência significativa na condição física dos alunos do ensino primário e 4) a inteligência cinestésica não tem influência significativa no interesse dos alunos do ensino fundamental pelos esportes pencak silat.
