O efeito do treinamento na sombra e da resistência muscular na agilidade de atletas de badminton de 12 a 17 anos

O objetivo deste experimento foi investigar: (1) a diferença nos efeitos do treinamento na sombra usando um aplicativo e métodos convencionais na agilidade de atletas de badminton; (2) a diferença nos efeitos da alta e baixa resistência muscular na agilidade de atletas de badminton; e (3) a interação entre métodos de treinamento shadow e resistência muscular na agilidade de atletas de badminton. Este é um estudo experimental realizado para examinar como um tratamento ou variável independente (variável x) afeta a variável dependente (variável y). O estudo foi delineado como fatorial 2x2, no qual foram combinadas duas ou mais variáveis independentes. A população do estudo foi composta por 55 associados do clube OP. UNJA de Jambi. A amostra foi selecionada através de amostragem estratificada e condicional, que incluiu especificamente pessoas com idades compreendidas entre os 12 e os 17 anos e que possuíam cartão nacional PBSI. A amostra foi estratificada com base na resistência muscular das pernas, medida através do “Wall Squat Test”. Os dados foram coletados por meio de um instrumento de teste de exercício de pernas com validade de 0,706 e confiabilidade de 0,808. A análise do estudo foi realizada pelo Manova com nível de significância de 0,05. Os resultados mostraram que (1) houve diferença significativa na agilidade entre o treinamento de sombra usando um aplicativo e métodos convencionais, com valor F de 38,37 e valor de significância de 0,000 < 0,05; (2) houve diferença significativa na agilidade entre alta e baixa resistência muscular, com valor F de 59,992 e valor de significância de 0,000 < 0,05. A análise mostrou que a alta resistência muscular e a baixa resistência muscular foram significativas. A análise mostrou que a alta resistência muscular aumentou 1,5 em relação a 15,10, enquanto a baixa resistência muscular aumentou 0,40 em relação a 14,10; e (3) não houve interação significativa entre tratamento (treinamento à sombra usando aplicativo e métodos convencionais) e resistência muscular das pernas (alta e baixa) na agilidade, com valor F de 0,634 e valor de significância de 0,544 > 0,05.
