A tração torácica pode ser obtida pelo método “tração lombar combinada com tração cervical”, como intervenção única.

Antecedentes: A literatura científica carece completamente de uma descrição morfológica completa e clara das alterações nas vértebras torácicas (TV) sob o efeito da tração torácica completa (TT), devido à ausência de qualquer método direto que possa alcançar a tração torácica completa como existe nas vértebras lombares (LV) e nas vértebras cervicais (CV). Portanto, é necessário criar um método que consiga a tração torácica completa para obter uma descrição morfológica científica clara das alterações nos espaços intervertebrais (EI) nas vértebras torácicas: alturas anterior, posterior e central, e também a relação anterior/ posterior (relação A/p).Objetivo: identificar o efeito morfológico imediato do método "Tração Lombar Combinada com Tração Cervical" - como intervenção única (CLTCT) nos Espaços Intervertebrais Torácicos Anteriores entre treze níveis neurológicos torácicos: C7 -T1, T1-T2, T2-T3, T3-T4, T4-T5, T5-T6, T6-T7, T7-T8, T8-T9, T9-T10, T10-T11, T11-T12, T12- L1 , usando as mãos estendidas; então, após dois minutos de relaxamento; Foi realizado o primeiro registro da visão anterior, como medida prévia, em seguida realizaram o método combinado de tração lombar com tração cervical: [tração cervical mecânica sustentada (TCMS) através do dispositivo médico portátil não metálico de tração cervical (Ospine- NTD-500) a partir da posição supina, imediatamente foi aplicada a flexão do quadril (HF) com tração lombar posicional sustentada (PSLT), em seguida o quadril foi extraído manualmente e girado como sobretração lombar manual (MLOT), após manter esta posição por dez movimentos contínuos. minutos; o segundo registro da visão anterior foi realizado como medida posterior. As medições pré e pós foram comparadas e analisadas usando SPSS. Os resultados indicaram que houve diferenças estatisticamente significativas entre pré e pós-medições em favor das pós-medições em termos de todos os IS torácicos anteriores. Conclusão: O método CLTCT pode atingir significativamente o TT completo e a Terapia de Descompressão Espinhal Completa (WSDT). Recomendações: Publicar o método CLTCT para realizar tração torácica e realizar mais pesquisas semelhantes para detectar, descrever e medir outras alterações morfológicas potenciais no EI torácico usando outros equipamentos de diagnóstico radiológico disponíveis para obter uma descrição completa do EI usando uma máquina. Ressonância magnética ou tomografia computadorizada.
