Autoeficácia acadêmica percebida de adolescentes e a relação com a atividade física

Resumo

Dados os desafios e níveis de competitividade existentes ao nível educativo, é necessário analisar os diferentes factores que determinam a eficácia académica, tendo em conta as tendências sedentárias e a necessidade de activação física na população em idade escolar, é realizada uma investigação determinar as relações entre a autoeficácia acadêmica e a atividade física realizada nesta população. Métodos: para o desenvolvimento deste projeto foi utilizada uma amostra de 248 alunos do ensino secundário e secundário, dos quais foram recolhidas informações características sobre a perceção de autoeficácia académica, sobre a atividade física realizada através do uso da acelerometria ao longo do curso. sete dias, bem como a análise de fatores como viagens e prática esportiva. Resultados: mostra-se que as variáveis ​​relacionadas ao descanso apresentam correlação negativa com a eficiência acadêmica, enquanto os diferentes níveis de atividade física apresentam maior correlação positiva com a autoeficácia acadêmica. Conclusões: a atividade física moderada e a AFMV apresentam maior benefício na autoeficiência acadêmica percebida, enquanto as variáveis ​​de descanso apresentam relação negativa com a eficiência acadêmica.
