Critérios de atuação para a formação profissional de professores de educação física

Resumo

O rápido desenvolvimento da ciência e da tecnologia e as mudanças sociais, económicas e culturais que estão a ocorrer na sociedade moderna estão a colocar na ordem do dia a formação de especialistas altamente qualificados e competitivos na área da educação física e do desporto. As particularidades da atuação profissional destes especialistas apontam para a necessidade de modernização dos conteúdos, formas e métodos do ensino superior nesta área. O objetivo do estudo é definir critérios, indicadores e descrever o nível de preparação dos futuros professores de educação física. Para atingir o objetivo do estudo foram utilizados: análise, análise comparativa, análise retrospectiva, síntese, comparação, análise de conteúdo de regulamentações na área de educação física e esportiva, estudo de experiência pessoal na docência; sistematização e generalização; abstração e classificação. O artigo define a estrutura de preparação dos futuros professores de educação física para a atividade profissional. A análise da literatura científica e da experiência docente interna permitiu identificar os componentes motivacionais, avaliativos, cognitivos, processuais e emocionais da preparação de futuros especialistas para atividades recreativas. São indicadas sua própria subestrutura, inter-relacionamento e interdependência. Os critérios (motivacionais, cognitivos, de atividade e pessoais) foram definidos com os indicadores e níveis (baixo, médio, alto) de preparação dos futuros professores de educação física para a atuação profissional em atividades recreativas. Afirma-se que os alunos com elevado nível de preparação para a atividade profissional conhecem bem a utilização de meios recreativos e de melhoria da saúde. Conhecem plena e conscientemente as modernas tecnologias de atividades recreativas e com uma abordagem criativa utilizam os conhecimentos adquiridos para resolver as tarefas atribuídas. O trabalho na área da recreação física está associado a uma sensação estável de conforto psicológico, atividade emocional e confiança na elevação do status social e das qualificações.
