Resumo

A relevância do estudo baseia-se no facto de o estado de saúde dos escolares se ter deteriorado acentuadamente recentemente, e uma das formas de o combater e melhorar o bem-estar geral é através do exercício físico. O objetivo do estudo é fornecer uma análise detalhada do curso “Esporte na Praça” do autor. Os métodos de pesquisa utilizados no estudo incluem método funcional, método de análise lógica, método de síntese, método de dedução, método de indução e outros. O estudo analisou os diversos componentes da metodologia do autor. Assim, foi destacado que a singularidade do curso é que dá às pessoas a oportunidade de se exercitarem num espaço limitado, os exercícios visam diferentes grupos musculares e, o mais importante, ajudam a melhorar o estado de vários sistemas do corpo. Uma característica bastante notável do curso é que para cada nível é anexado um link para a plataforma YouTube, que o participante do curso pode baixar uma vez e usar quando quiser. Além disso, o curso "Sport Square" deste autor é único porque foi projetado para atividades físicas e exercícios em massa para todas as idades e todos os níveis de condicionamento físico. Em particular, pode desenvolver habilidades musculares, cerebrais, de coordenação, lógica e pensamento. O valor prático dos resultados é que a utilização do curso do autor em instituições de ensino geral melhorará ainda mais a saúde geral dos alunos.
