Resumo

A relevância da pesquisa está condicionada à necessidade de um estudo detalhado da teoria e da prática do desenvolvimento de competências inclusivas na formação profissional de professores escolares. Nesse sentido, este trabalho visa identificar as principais etapas do desenvolvimento de competências inclusivas entre professores, desenvolver recomendações metodológicas que visam facilitar o processo de desenvolvimento de competências inclusivas entre professores, determinar as etapas de implementação da tecnologia para o desenvolvimento de competências inclusivas para a formação de professores escolares, descrever aspectos teóricos e práticos no desenvolvimento e implementação de competências, bem como descrever as prioridades da utilização de abordagens inclusivas no trabalho com crianças. A principal metodologia de investigação deste trabalho é uma análise abrangente, cujo objetivo é estudar as características teóricas e práticas do desenvolvimento de competências inclusivas entre professores no contexto de uma estrutura complexa de ensino superior pedagógico e do sistema educativo escolar. Além disso, os seguintes métodos de pesquisa estiveram envolvidos na reescrita deste artigo: raciocínio lógico, comparativo, síntese e dedução, classificação. O artigo detalha os resultados da análise, aponta as fases-chave na evolução das competências inclusivas nos professores, oferece conselhos metodológicos para melhorar esse desenvolvimento, estabelece as fases de aplicação das tecnologias na formação de competências inclusivas para educadores, aborda questões teóricas e aspectos práticos destas competências e destaca a importância de abordagens inclusivas ao trabalhar com crianças. Os materiais do documento têm valor prático para professores e alunos de universidades pedagógicas, professores e demais funcionários de escolas secundárias e escolas para crianças com necessidades especiais.
