Aspectos psicológicos do treinamento de atletas altamente qualificados na luta livre Kuresi do Cazaquistão

O objetivo do artigo é identificar os aspectos psicológicos do treinamento de atletas altamente qualificados na luta livre Kuresi do Cazaquistão. Os principais métodos de estudo são o Inventário Multifásico de Personalidade de Minnesota (MMPI) para um exame aprofundado das características individuais do funcionamento psicológico da personalidade e o método de diagnóstico para motivação pessoal para o sucesso de acordo com o questionário T. Ehlers para identificar habilidades psicológicas. lutar pela vitória nos atletas. O artigo apresenta os aspectos psicológicos e pedagógicos do treinamento de atletas altamente qualificados na luta livre Kuresi do Cazaquistão. Os aspectos identificados fornecem apoio psicológico abrangente a atletas de luta livre altamente qualificados do Cazaquistão Kuresi em todos os níveis de treinamento e durante as competições para formar uma atitude psicológica correta com um estado individual estável diante de muitos fatores pré-competitivos e competitivos. As descobertas destacam a importância do apoio psicológico abrangente para melhorar o desempenho esportivo e manter a saúde física e psicológica dos atletas. Esta pesquisa oferece conhecimento prático para esportes de alto rendimento, especialmente no treinamento de lutadores de elite do Cazaquistão Kuresi.
