A imagem do futuro professor de cultura física no Cazaquistão

O rápido desenvolvimento da ciência e da tecnologia, as mudanças socioeconómicas e culturais que ocorrem na sociedade moderna colocam na agenda a tarefa de formar futuros professores de educação física altamente qualificados e competitivos. O objetivo do estudo: abordar as questões do sistema de formação de imagem do futuro professor de cultura física no Cazaquistão. Para atingir o objetivo do estudo, foram utilizados os seguintes métodos: análise, análise comparativa, análise retrospectiva, síntese, comparação, estudo da própria experiência docente; sistematização e generalização; abstração e classificação. A formação da imagem do futuro professor de cultura física no Cazaquistão torna-se efetiva nas seguintes condições pedagógicas: o conteúdo das disciplinas profissionais, tendo em conta as características específicas das atividades de saúde e recreativas; organização da formação profissional utilizando métodos de ensino ativos, tecnologias de informação e comunicação inovadoras e interação subjetiva entre professor e aluno; integração das atividades teóricas, práticas e de investigação do futuro professor de educação física durante a prática e organização dos trabalhos de investigação dos alunos. O artigo enfoca os principais dispositivos do conceito de formação profissional para atividades recreativas dos futuros professores de educação física. Ao desenvolver o sistema do autor para a formação da imagem do futuro professor de cultura física, os autores partiram do fato de ser o modelo que permite descrever o sistema pedagógico da forma mais completa e precisa. O sistema contém cinco blocos que permitem estruturar e especificar finalidades, objetivos, abordagens metodológicas, princípios, conteúdo dos componentes estruturais, formas, métodos, ferramentas, etapas, funções, condições pedagógicas, critérios, indicadores, níveis e resultados. O sistema desenvolvido pelos autores é dinâmico e pode ser implementado nas etapas de adaptação, treinamento, profissional e analítica e correcional.
