La toma de decisiones en los árbitros de alto nivel (High level referees’ decisions making)

Presentamos un estudio basado en el análisis de la toma de decisiones realizadas por una muestra de 53 árbitros de balonmano (n=53) a partir de las puntuaciones obtenidas en la adaptación española del Decision Making Questionnaire en cada uno de sus factores: estrés en la toma de decisiones, decisión rápida con incertidumbre y determinación del compromiso en la toma de decisiones. Realizamos diferentes análisis de la varianza entre la categoría y edad de los árbitros y la toma de decisiones realizadas. Hemos encontrado diferencias significativas en los tres factores considerados en función de la categoría de los árbitros pero no en función de la edad de los mismos. Junto a los datos obtenidos y analizados se presentan unas líneas futuras de actuación en las cuales se consideran las bases para la tutorización de este colectivo.

Abstract: We show, in this work, a study based on the analysis of handball referees’ decisions making from the marks got in the spanish adaptation of Decision Making Questionnaire dealing with the following factors: stress in making decisions, quick decision with uncertainty and determination in the commitment of decisions making. We found significant differences in the three factors considered in function of the category of referees but not in terms of their age. With the data are collected and analyzed future lines of action considered in which the basis for this group tutoring.
