Abstrac This present reseachr is a proposal for preventive work in which by incorporating proprioceptive work and countervailing force work decreases the risk of injuries players. Would include in the annual schedule a series of exercises divided into five levels of muscle involvement. During the pre-competitive three sessions of ten minutes for week, moving from level 1 to 4. During the competitive period would maintain level 5, working from 15-20 minutes three sessions for week. Many previous studies have focused group prevention programs work proposals «multi-station», gathering scientific evidence presented exercises aimed at protecting muscle-tendon structures and articular lower train. The annual program incorporating our work force more stressful exercises to muscle and tendon level with balancing work can minimize the risk to generate higher injury muscle and tendon adaptations.
