Latar Belakang: Latihan sirkuit merupakan salah satu metode latihan yang bermanfaat bagi atlet gulat karena mampu mengembangkan berbagai aspek fisik yang diperlukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efektivitas program latihan sirkuit isokinetik dan isometrik yang dirancang khusus bagi atlet gulat untuk meningkatkan kekuatan, kecepatan dan daya tahan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuasi eksperimen untuk menguji efektivitas dua jenis latihan isokinetik dan isometrik. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 20 pegulat yang dibagi dalam kelompok latihan sirkuit isokinetik dan isometrik. Perlakuan dilakukan selama 8 minggu dengan 3 kali pertemuan setiap minggunya dan mengamati perkembangan atlet setiap dua minggu sekali. Instrumen penelitiannya antara lain angkat minuman One Repetition Maximum untuk kekuatan, lari 30 meter untuk kecepatan dan tes VO2 max menggunakan metode protokol Bruce untuk ketahanan. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0, menggunakan statistik dan menggunakan ANOVA. Hasil: Kelompok isokinetik meningkatkan kekuatan sebesar 20%, kecepatan sebesar 8.9%, dan daya tahan sebesar 12%. Kelompok isometrik meningkatkan kekuatan sebesar 15%, kecepatan sebesar 5.3%, dan daya tahan sebesar 9%. Analisis statistik menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada semua variabel pada kedua kelompok (p<0,05). Kesimpulan: Latihan sirkuit isokinetik dan isometrik sama-sama efektif dalam meningkatkan performa atlet, dengan latihan isokinetik lebih unggul dalam mencapai hasil. Penelitian di masa depan dapat mengembangkan program pelatihan yang lebih bertarget dan efektif untuk mengoptimalkan kekuatan, kecepatan dan daya tahan atlet gulat.
