Como os métodos de treinamento em jogos pequenos (3 em 3 e 6 em 6) e o VO2máx podem afetar as habilidades básicas do futebol?

O objetivo do estudo. Dominar os fundamentos do futebol é essencial para o desenvolvimento de habilidades. Portanto, o emprego de técnicas de treinamento eficazes é crucial para melhorar essas habilidades fundamentais do futebol. Este estudo visa discernir: (1) Variações no impacto do método de jogo reduzido 3v3 em comparação com o método de jogo reduzido 6v6 nas habilidades fundamentais do futebol; (2) Disparidades no impacto de níveis altos e baixos de VO2máx nas habilidades fundamentais do futebol; e (3) As implicações da interação entre o método de jogo reduzido 3 contra 3 e o método reduzido de jogo 6 contra 6 em conjunto com os níveis de VO2máx (alto e baixo). Materiais e métodos. Para a metodologia deste estudo experimental, foi utilizado um planejamento fatorial 2 x 2. 36 atletas, incluindo 12 da escola de futebol Sports Talent School (STS) West Sumatra e 24 da Indonesia Muda Soccer School, serviram como sujeitos de investigação. O teste Yo-Yo de Recuperação Intermitente Nível 1 é a ferramenta usada para medir o VO2máx. O teste de proficiência “David Lee” foi adotado como critério para mensurar habilidades fundamentais no futebol. O método de análise dos dados utilizado foi a ANOVA two-way, com nível de significância de 0,05. Resultados. As conclusões do estudo são as seguintes: (1) Indicada por um valor de significância de (p=0,009<0,05), existe uma disparidade no impacto do treino entre o jogo reduzido 3 contra 3 e o jogo reduzido 6 contra 6 em habilidades fundamentais do futebol. Com uma diferença média após o teste de 1,69 segundos, o método de treinamento de jogo reduzido 3 contra 3 mostra-se superior ao método de treinamento de jogo reduzido 6 contra 6. (2) Um valor de significância de (p= 0,005<0,05) sugere uma distinção nos efeitos de níveis altos e baixos de VO2máx nas habilidades fundamentais do futebol. Apresentando uma diferença média pós-teste de 6,23 segundos, níveis mais elevados de VO2máx são mais vantajosos que níveis mais baixos. (3) ) Com um valor p de significância de 0,018 < 0,05, fica evidente que há interação entre o jogo 3 contra 3 reduzido, o jogo 6 contra 6 reduzido e os níveis de VO2máx (alto, baixo) em relação às habilidades fundamentais do futebol. Cuncloção. Com base nos resultados, a pesquisa encontrou uma forte relação entre a interação das técnicas de treinamento e o VO2máx nas habilidades fundamentais do jogo de futebol. Esses resultados podem ser usados como guia no treinamento das habilidades fundamentais do jogo de futebol.
