In this work we try to analyze the discursive changes in the managerial literature taking into account the popularization of feminism in recent years. Therefore, the main objective of this work is to update the analyzed sample of previous works, incorporating two new works: Women Who Work. Rewriting the Rules for Success (Ivanka Trump, 2017), and Feminist Fight Club. A Survival Manual for a Sexist Workplace (Jessica Bennett, 2017). These two works show the contradictions of the co-option of feminism by neoliberalism: Trump’s work reinforces the neoliberal discourse previously identified; and Bennett’s work incorporates a more popular component related to the Girl’s Power logic opening different questions in our research.
