Los jóvenes en España: ¿se están moviendo a la derecha? Una perspectiva liberal-conservadora

La creciente identificación de los jóvenes españoles con posiciones conservadoras y con la derecha política, junto con la brecha de género asociada a este fenómeno, ha despertado un notable interés académico y mediático. Utilizando datos de la Encuesta Social Europea (ESS), este estudio analiza primero la evolución de estas posiciones políticas entre 2002 y 2023, y posteriormente analiza el perfil del conjunto de las cohortes de entre 18 y 29 años que se han identificado con posturas liberal-conservadoras durante las últimas dos décadas. Con ello, se busca aportar una mirada más precisa de la ideología de la juventud en nuestro país, desafiando los estereotipos en torno a este grupo y destacando la como interactúan los factores que han configurado las identidades políticas de los jóvenes, en particular en relación con las posiciones políticas liberal-conservadoras.
