In this article the new political scenario in Spain is tackled behind the impacts of technological change, economic crisis and the effects of the great shock in the political chessboard that meant the movement 15M in 2011. The combination of these factors has generated a great opportunity for change in institutions. Institutions that have been suffering a great loss of credibility and legitimacy, because corruption and by the feeling that they were increasingly out of people’s problems.
