Abstract

For the author anything with profound social repercussions must be a tangled thing, a something
lived and thus subject to constant change and thus to new ways of being analysed and new
approaches that will bend to the circumstances that are to be met. As often as not, such changes,
it is here felt, will even alter the underpinnings of the professional practice of those working in the
sector in question. One of the clearest and signifi cant examples of all this is the world of C&T
Planning in all its many varities and at all its many levels.
