Heterometric Words, Heterometria in Seneca’s Trimeters

The heterometria seems to establish a characteristic of Seneca’s versification. It is also the case of the heterometric words (for example domo) which end a lot of trimeters of the tragedies. These words crystallize the game of tones and quantities which becomes therefore a synaphic principle.
