Abstract

The paper offers a critical perspective both as to quantity and quality on the effects as to building ground availability in Alicante of the Valencian Autonomous Regional Law governing Town and Country Planning Activities. The authors then analyze the type of city being thrown up as a consequence of this legislation, doing so in terms of its territorial scale and of the design
pattern of its new housing.
