Homeless people in Spain
Keywords:

In this text we centre on the situation of homeless people in Spain at the beginning of the 21st century. It is a question of a social and human problem installed in the dynamics of processes of social exclusion, linked to the interrelationship of structural, familiar/relational, personal and cultural factors. It is necessary to raise the connivance of the traditionally homeless people with the new types of homeless people, in the frame of a continuum process and trends of incorporation versus social exclusion. The prevention has to be approached from a wide perspective that includes boarding of the problem from national and international policies of fight against social exclusion. Finally, one emphasizes that a trend is foreseen towards an accentuation of this sociological phenomenon.Downloads
