El Sur Global ante la fragmentación geoeconómica: respuestas de Brasil, India, Indonesia y Sudáfrica

La policrisis actual –impulsada por la disputa geopolítica, la transición energética y la revolución 4.0– está redefiniendo las relaciones económicas internacionales hacia una mayor fragmentación geoeconómica. En ese nuevo orden, este artículo busca contribuir a comprender la agencia del Sur Global a través del análisis de las estrategias de inserción internacional de Brasil, India, Indonesia y Sudáfrica. El estudio sugiere que, a pesar de las limitaciones estructurales, estos países han implementado estrategias sofisticadas para mantener su independencia y promover sus intereses nacionales. A través de un análisis comparado, se contrastan los instrumentos utilizados en cada caso, identificando distintas vías de acción posibles. Las conclusiones subrayan la capacidad de los países del Sur Global para incidir en el orden internacional emergente.
