Abstract

The paper presents both a detailed description and a classification of a interrelating network of natural
values based upon a broad interpretation of landscape ecology (NAVEH & al., 2001). The drawing up of this
novel cartography seeks to lay down new planning criteria aimed at reducing to a minimum those alterations
to the ecoescape produced by urbanisation and massive greenhouse market gardening.
