After carrying out a study of European examples, and observing the growing number of cohousing cases in Madrid, a parameterization of this type of collaborative collective housing is proposed. This parameterization arises from the previous comparative analysis of European cases and is directly applied to all active cases in the Community of Madrid. It is intended to serve future research as a consensus on the aspects to be specified and analyzed, as well as a starting point to expand, complete or model these parameters. This parameterization helps to contextualize the differences and similarities between the different developments. It also facilitates the identification of trends or majority options.
