Municipal and Private Residential Parking and the Real Estate Market

The paper observes similarities as well as differences as between municipal residential parking and that
provided in newly built private Housing. An analysis of the price changes for residential parking space and
the financing of the same during the 90s in Barcelona is used to point up these similarities and differences.

Authors are encouraged to reproduce and host their work published in CyTET in institutional repositories, web pages, etc. with the intention of contributing to the improvement of the transfer of knowledge and the citation of said works.
