Abstract

The paper aims at an analysis of those criteria to be followed when structuring town and country planning data for a geographic data bank. Having typified by territory such planning so that it might be open to programming, a choice is then made of that which could best lend itself to an overall and universal application for the field. The paper then urges the incorporating of a data bank so based within the general system of information as to territory that this might, in its turn, prove a signal aid to the necessary and integrated administration of territorial planning, management and development.
