Abstract

Through subsidized prices, social housing programs represent an affordable alternative to the real estate market, promoting the right to have decent and adequate housing. Nonetheless, having a roof is only the first step in building a home. Based on the Sant Eloi housing integration program, which has been managed by the Hàbitat3 Foundation since 2015, this article presents the design, initial testing (2019) and results, of a system of indicators to deepen the understanding of the situations and problems of the users of social housing. The objective is to provide an integral instrument that allows defining operational typologies among these users based on their shared situations, in order to intervene on them in a more global and adequate way.
