This framework arises from a previous Diagnosis that evaluates -with statistical data- the main sociodemographic, territorial, economic and environmental elements that those policies will have to pay the greatest attention. The Agenda does not forget to include a Set of Indicators, which will allow the monitoring, and evaluation of the commitments already assumed on a voluntary basis, neither the proposals referred to the different Action Plans that could be adopted by the potential public and private partners involved. In summary, this article can be considered as an introduction of any specific thematic analyses of the Spanish Urban Agenda, because it contents a detailed explanation about its main background, structure and contents.
