Abstract

The paper examines the amazing number of golf course projects with their concomitant residential
projects that have made themselves felt in the Valencia and Murcia Autonomous Communities. The
paper looks into their various nature in terms of their localization, morphology and running along
with the impact they make upon local territorial variables among them ecology with especial
attention given here to how local resident, visitor and golf player mobility affect hydraulics and
sewage disposal. Likewise the effect upon social cohesion of the phenomenon is considered.
