Preserved in the library of the Royal Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial, the ms Q-I-14 contains, as well as one copy of Florilegium Gallicum, the Disciplina clericalis of Pedro Alfonso and a florilegium spirituale that compiles the work of different authors. The aim of this study is to analyse the florilegium spirituale and specially the excerpts included under the epigraph of Jerome; the search of sources reveals that there are sententiae of classical, late and medieval authors, together with fragments of the collection of letters and of other Jerome’s woks.Downloads
