Abstract

This paper will explore the highs and lows of digital culture concerning women’s rights. The internet provides immediacy and dissemination for feminist demands, enabling the globalization of protest. However, it also generates new forms of discrimination and sexist violence, necessitating new legislative boundaries. Among these issues, the sexual objectification of women and pornography stand out. The article will analyze the pending regulatory challenges regarding pornography.
