Después de Hábitat III: aproximación a un análisis crítico de la Nueva Agenda Urbana

Tratando de sustraerse al triunfalismo de la visión oficial y a la tentación de la enmienda a la totalidad de la visión alternativa, esta reflexión trata de analizar la Nueva Agenda Urbana aprobada por 193 países en la Cumbre de Quito de Hábitat III desde la óptica de sus debilidades y amenazas así como de sus fortalezas y oportunidades, buscando en qué forma una agenda sin diagnóstico y amenazada por la inercia de un sistema que tiende por su propia lógica a la insostenibilidad puede aprovechar su carácter de catálogo consensuado internacionalmente de problemáticas y de recomendaciones para convertirse en una posible herramienta de cara a la construcción de hojas de ruta operativas por parte de los agentes sociales del cambio hacia la sostenibilidad global en la esfera urbano-territorial.

With the aim of promoting the dissemination of knowledge, CyTET joins the Open Journal Access (OA) movement and delivers all of its content to various national and international indexes, repositories and databases under this protocol; therefore, the submission of a work to be published in the journal presupposes the explicit acceptance by the author of this distribution method.
Authors are encouraged to reproduce and host their work published in CyTET in institutional repositories, web pages, etc. with the intention of contributing to the improvement of the transfer of knowledge and the citation of said works.
