Abstract

The paper rounds out the section given over to the analising of the governance of the groundings of our legal
framework, dealing as it does with the social purpose of property and those major mechanisms available
for the governance of land use in those many of its facets that concern the legislator and turn upon the
call to be thorough-going upon all done and the correct use of those elements that could be said to make up
this social-economic basic factor’s regulation, namely that governing of the use of the surface which is subject
in the new law to a complete regulating for the first time along with substitute grants and compulsory
purchase, the author here pointing out how the experience culled from regional autonomous governments’
experiences have made a great contribution to the undertaking.
