Tivoli Greencity: innovative urban actions and a new eco-neighbourhood in Brussels

Tivoli Greencity is a small residential development for 397 dwellings in Brussels, conceived as the city's first eco-neighborhood. Despite its small size, it includes very interesting solutions and proposals that cover various urban aspects: social cohesion and a rich and varied affordable housing program; bioclimatic urbanism and the promotion of energy efficiency; mobility and streets’ design; the promotion of biodiversity and the design of green areas such as the Jardin des Justes; water and waste management; and, finally, the architecture of the buildings and the inner common patios.

With the aim of promoting the dissemination of knowledge, CyTET joins the Open Journal Access (OA) movement and delivers all of its content to various national and international indexes, repositories and databases under this protocol; therefore, the submission of a work to be published in the journal presupposes the explicit acceptance by the author of this distribution method.
Authors are encouraged to reproduce and host their work published in CyTET in institutional repositories, web pages, etc. with the intention of contributing to the improvement of the transfer of knowledge and the citation of said works.
