A review of the recent edition of the Sendebar proposed by the medievalist David Arbesú is presented. The novelty of his proposal, as shown in the following pages, lies in the deep reflection that has been carried out on the text and its gaps, with the aim of shedding some light on the inconsistencies in part of its content narrative.
