The manuscript 2761 from Salamanca’s University Library contains an anonymous and hitherto unpublished latin text from the Late Middle Ages. Copied under the Stella Clericorum it’s been considered as a part of it, but it isn’t, even though their topics are quite similar: the praise of the dignity of the priesthood. This topic was often developed in that ages and specially in Salamanca University. That anonymous text focuses on the moral virtues which every cleric must be willing to have and preserve, one for each letter of the word clericus.
